Price escalation Guesty have just gotten ridiculous with their pricing over the years. When I started off I used them and then discovered HostAway when I was 150 properties in. their pricing model had changed to a % of revenue, which was just not feasible for me. 67% price increase from $9 to $15 for Starter tier (2022); 43% increase from $35 to $50 for Growth tier (2022). Company has history of raising prices while removing features.
