An active customer is anyone who registers for a class, appointment, or course, or makes a purchase (membership or store item) during a given billing month. Each customer is counted once per month regardless of how many times they attend or purchase. Your subscription fee adjusts automatically the following month based on the previous month's count.
03 Does TeamUp require a long-term contract?
No. TeamUp operates on a month-to-month subscription with no setup fees and no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time without penalty. All plans include the full feature set — there is no feature-gating between tiers.
