Notion Student Plan: Free Plus Eligibility
Free Plus plan for eligible college students
Yes. Notion offers eligible college and university students a free Education Plus plan for a one-member workspace. You must use an education-institution email from a school recognized in the World Higher Education Database, be on Notion's Free plan, and upgrade on desktop or web. The individual plan includes up to 100 guests, unlimited uploads, and 30-day page history, but it is not available to K–12 students.
What the free Notion Education Plus plan includes
Notion's individual education offer upgrades one eligible student's one-member workspace from Free to Plus at no charge. The vendor documents unlimited uploads, up to 100 guests, and 30 days of page history. A separate student-organization program can cover an approved workspace with unlimited members, but that requires an application and institutional recognition. The individual benefit is not a general team license, and Notion AI usage remains subject to the plan's current AI limits.
